Dongjue Silicone Group Co***ny Limited (DJSG), the holding co***ny invested by New Energy Chemicals Group Co***ny Limited (NECG), with a total registered capital of Hong Kong Dollar 100 million, is registered and established in 2001 , Hong Kong. Meanwhile, NECG starts setting foot in silicone industry and devoting to its research, production and sale in early 1990s.
DJSG solely investing sets up the biggest factory which is specialized in manufacturing silicone rubber in China --- Dongjue Silicone (Nanjing) Co., Limited (NJDJ, originally named as: Dongjue Fine Chemicals (Nanjing) Co., Limited ). With a registered fund of USD 6.55 million, established in 1996, NJDJ covers an area of 50,000 square meters including20,000 square meters construction ***ce for various kinds of office buildings, workshops, warehouses, and employs several experts and senior technicians with years of experience in silicone rubber industry or related fields. The major manufacturing equipments and technology adopted in NJDJ are the most advanced in China and up to international leading standards of the early 21st century. In 2007, NJDJ realizes the yearly sales of 36,000 tons for silicone gum and rubber, the sales volume being RMB 570 million yuan. Moreover, in virtue of the share rate 20%-25%, the co***ny has ranked NO.1 in China mainland¡¯s silicon rubber market for seven consecutive years. Till now£¬NJDJ has owned an annual capacity of 50,000 tons silicon rubber.
In order to extend silicone industrial link, and promote investment synergistic effect, DJSG invests to set up Calt Silicone Rubber Products (Nanjing) Co., Ltd (NJ Calt), a solely foreign-funded enterprise specialized in manufacturing silicone serial products.
